★★★Auf Basis der ursprünglichen gewöhnlichen Seilsägemaschine wurde der Hauptmotor durch einen Permanentmagnetmotor ersetzt und auch die Steuerungssoftware wurde aktualisiert. ★★★Der Permanentmagnetmotor kann bei niedriger Frequenz das volle Drehmoment erreichen, die Säge mit niedriger Drehzahl ist stabiler und die Schnittleistung bei hoher Geschwindigkeit ist höher.★★★Er kann die Schnittleistung im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Sägen um mehr als 15 % verbessern Motoren.

Doppelte Frequenzumrichter und SPS sorgen für eine automatische Anpassung der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit, um den Draht im besten Betriebszustand zu halten. Die Leistungsphase muss nicht unterschieden oder geändert werden. Die Maschine verfügt über einen Überlastschutz, einen Leitungsschutz und einen Klemmenbegrenzungsschutz. Die seitliche Bewegung und Drehung des Kopfes werden durch einen Elektromotor gesteuert. Der fotoelektrische Näherungsschalter ist zum Begrenzungsschutz am Kopf installiert. Das Steuerdiagramm zeigt die wichtigsten Parameter wie den Hauptmotor-Sollstrom, die Drehzahl des Hauptmotors usw. an. Zwei Betriebsmodi, Monul und automatisch, schaltbar.
